Monday, 18th March 2002 - Windjet not attending the World Championships and NALSA Speed Trials The next two weeks will see the NALSA Speed Trials and World Land Sailing Championships take place at the the Ivanpah dry lake in Nevada, North America. Although an invitation to attend was kindly extended by Bob Dill, the President of NALSA and part of the World Record holding 'Iron Duck' team, financial constraints mean that the Windjet team are unable to take part.
This, however, has not deterred the team from their three world record goals and Windjet is back on standby at RAF Waddington to challenge the land Record on British soil. The
