Anyway, to answer your questions, The water craft does use ground effect principles, but there again so would any craft traveling at these speeds so close to the surface! The water craft also uses some form of foils, but very different to the Hydroptere concept. Unfortunately that is all we can say for now, but all will be revealed in due course!

Of course, any advice concerning 'wing in ground effect' would be greatly appreciated if this is your speciality?
