The vehicle will run at 5 times wind speed in almost any conditions. Last weekend we were testing at Bruntingthorpe and achieved speeds of over 90 mph in 20mph of wind, on a section of the runway that was less than one mile in length. She was still accelerating at the end of each run, but unfortunately had to stamp on the brakes to make the turn.

To beat the Iron Duck record, we need around 25 mph, but also in the correct direction as we are confined to run in the direction of the runway.
