I believe that all World Records in landsailing recognized by FISLY and NALSA need to be on natural surfaces (playa mud dirt, beaches, etc) not a concrete or mademade surface. I have stood behind the radar gun with Iron Duck and know someting of the regulations. These regualtions are on the FISLY and NALSA web sites. Also in the past Richard's had a compressed air system to control the wing, not allowed in the NALSA and FISLY regualtions for records. Mark Harris in Sparks, NV.
