Hi Lake Ellesmere on the coast near Christchurch South Island of New Zealand. Huge brackish shallow lake exposed to the wind from 360 deg. Close to facilities. Average depth is approximately 3 meters so wave build up is limited. Access avaliable round most of it's perimeter. For land speed it has to be Australia. Check the Salt pans the Adelaide LY club sail on. I saw pictures years ago huge flat and rock hard in the dry. Cheers Mark Stacey
