I'm an experimenter with wingsails for boats. How is the angle of attack controlled to account for changes in the apparent wind and variations in the natural wind that are always occurring? Would it not be very convenient to mount a secondary surface (tail) to control this automatically as aircraft do. Does someone have to be on duty when outside the hanger to ensure that the craft does not move off in windy conditions, or does it weathercock ok?
