I'm with Rick on that sentiment! Come to Wisconsin this winter and lets put old and new side by side. Most of these A class Stern steerers have changed little since the 1930's or 40's. They were way ahead of their time but they are still quite fast by todays standards. We aren't set up for one way drag racing on perfect ice either. We race windward leeward courses in fleet racing and we aren't afraid of a little snow either! (...one of the joys of excessive horsepower!)
It would also be interesting to see go 'around the bouys' with todays skeeter fleet.
