You will not be surprised to know that the new ice craft also has wheels, and therefore supersedes our old vehicle.

Whether we are able to make it to Ivanpah will inevitably come down to finances and how long it takes to get the ice record.

The expensive bit was to get the craft and team to Canada, so we are determined to hang out as long as possible to find good ice, and good wind. We are now beginning to understand why the record has stood for such a long time, if it was indeed ever set, as I now understand there are many doubters?!!!

However, 143 mph is still our target and we are confident, and determined to beat it. Immediately that is done, our attention will be turned to land.
