Setup of the MkV Windjet has been slightly delayed due to local weather. Although great news for the local farmers, rain is once again slightly affecting the schedule. A big storm in late July dumped 25.6mm of rain in one day, bringing the July total up to 43.2mm, well above the 24.7mm average.

The lake was flooded for a while, but local reports say it is drying fast and will soon be usable once again. This has bought us more time for pre-run preparations, in advance of the optimum weather window at the end of August and early September.

Windjet MkV is a modified version of last years MkIV.
