After almost a week at Canyon Ferry, the ice has shown no signs of improvement. I expect that at sometime between now and the thaw, it will return to a sailable surface for a short time.  However, I just do not have the time on this trip, with other commitments and the land challenge to prepare for in the summer.

Instead, we will be back, ahead of the ice next season, in December, when there is the highest chance of being able to sail on perfect ice. The vehicle is now packed up and will be stored locally.
