Teleflex - A leading manufacturer of mechanical and hydraulic steering systems, engine throttle and shift controls, electrical gauges and instrumentation, and integrated electronic systems. Teleflex supplies the steering system for the Windjet Land Craft.


Naish International produce the world's fastest windsurfing sails and kites. They were the obvious choice to develop a kite for the Windjet water craft.

SP systems provide a comprehensive range of technical support services for manufacture of composite components. All the windjet craft are manufactured from SP composite materials.

Kenwood Electronics are world leaders in stereo and communication equipment. They supply the team with radio communications.

Lola Cars are the designers and manufactures of the new FIA International F3000 chassis, the Lola B02/50. Lola are supplying Windjet with the vital suspension uprights, bearings and hubs for the land craft.

Fat Face - The name that stems from the Mens Downhill in Val d'Isere, was formed in 1987 by two ski enthusiasts. They have provided the team with both Windjet branded kit and everyday wear.

DGPS4U are world leaders in providing precision GPS systems for use in the agricultural and marine industries. They supply equipment for the primary source of speed measurement on the Windjet Vehicles.

Dabs.com is the UK's leading internet retailer of IT and technology products. Dabs.com have joined the Windjet team as the Official IT Technology Supplier, providing equipment and supplies ranging from computer software to electronic data storage units for the Windjet craft.

Green Marine are recognised as the world's leading specialists in composite yacht building. Green Marine built the original Windjet land craft and assist the project with tools, equipment and construction expertise.

James Labouchere, founder and President of Centaur Seaplane, was largely responsible for the creation of the first prototype land yacht, which became the foundations of the Windjet Project.

Driftbox is a performance measurement devices for road vehicles, which uses super accurate GPS technology. There will a driftbox on the Windjet land craft as backup measurement and the recorded data will be available for public download.

Imperial College is an independent constituent part of the University of London, established in 1907 in London's scientific and cultural heartland of South Kensington. Imperial provide the Windjet team with expertise and cutting edge knowledge in a range of fields from materials to aerodynamics while also providing the use of facilities such as wind tunnels.

Cetus GPS have supplied a customised version of their superb palm software to record the GPS speed data aboard the windjet vehicles.

Parker Pneumatics have provided Windjet with pneumatic fixtures and fittings, essential to the smooth operation and control of the land and ice vehicles.

Mastervolt are specialists in mobile energy solutions, have provided equipment including sealed gel batteries, chargers and battery monitors to power the many pieces of electronic measuring and sensing equipment incorporated into the vehicle.

AP Racing have donated a pair of air jacks to the project which allow the rapid change of tyres on land and act as a kind of 'parking brake' on ice.

ASAP directly assisted in the provision of computing facilities in the early stages of the project
