Land Vehicle - The original land vehicle was conceived and commissioned
by Peter Whipp who employed James Labouchere, an aeronautical engineer,
to develop the design, perform the detailed calculations and manage the
build operation. The lessons learnt from this prototype formed the basis
of an all new land and ice vehicle, designed by the current Windjet team.
It is this all new vehicle which will be challenging the land and ice
records.
Water Vehicle - The radical water variant was again designed by
the Windjet team, with technical input from a number of specialists in
the fields of aeronautics, engineering and structures.
Ice Vehicle - The ice craft is principally derived from the new
land vehicle with a few modifications, such as the exchange of wheels
for skates.
