Windjet back on standby

After a summer of long days and nights in the workshop, the team have made excellent progress with construction of the now various Windjet vehicles! Today, the Windjet land craft returned to RAF Waddington, near Lincoln, to sit on standby for the approaching winter winds.

Following its return from Canada, the ice craft has been transformed into land land mode with the addition of wheels, fairings and of course, a new paint job! This craft is now highly evolved and has never been in such great shape to break the current land record of 116.7 mph (186.7 km/h) held by the Americans.
